Ms Kelly Hing (B.Comm (1st class), MAICSA)

Kelly was appointed as an executive director of Braxton Consulting Sdn Bhd in December 2017. Ms. Hing has more than a decade of extensive experience in the area of Corporate Secretarial practice. She has participated in numerous Initial Public Offerings and corporate exercises and has extensive experience in servicing public listed companies and multinational corporations as well as family-owned and private limited companies engaging in a wide variety of business such as investment holdings, property development, construction, trading, and manufacturing.

Ms Wong Yee Lin (CPA, MIA)

Ms Wong was appointed as a director of Braxton Consulting Sdn Bhd in December 2005. Ms Wong has had more than 20 years of experience in the area of auditing, corporate finance, human resource management and secretarial practice. She has been involved in advising clients on matters relating to the various accounting standards, Companies Act and Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia), and also providing advisory in relation to acquisitions, disposals, restructuring, take-overs, Initial Public Offering, share issues and investigations. She was appointed as Company Secretary for companies listed on Bursa Malaysia, multi-national corporations, companies limited by guarantee and other private entities.
