Mr. Don Eau (B.Com,  PGDip Corporate Finance)

​

Don has over 11 years of financial service experience with global professional advisory firms and the largest Australia bank. Don has strong experience in various advisory engagements including growth strategy, debt advisory, and economic data analytical. During his tenure with the largest Australia bank, Don has accumulated substantial credit lending experience in Corporate/Institutional banking which extends bank balance sheet to finance various corporate businesses.

 

Key Advisory Experience:

  • Lead and arranged Syndicated Acquisition Finance Facility for a national broiler farm to acquire 24 farms (2019 | Deal Size $200m)

  • Arranged Syndicated Acquisition Finance Facility for major aged care operator to acquire 4 facilities (2016 | Deal Size $70m)

  • Advised an ASX-listed mining services company on capital restructuring  (2012 | Deal Size $15m)

  • Developed 3 ways excel-based financial model for one of the largest WA retail group for strategic and balance sheet recapitalised purposes (2014 |  Deal Size $20m)

  • Prepared numbers of business valuation for manufacturing, services and utility companies for shareholder transaction and capital gain tax assessment purpose

  • Conducted commercial and financial due diligence for a number of M&A transactions, Bank pre-lend reviews and capital restructuring. 

  • Developed numbers of 3 ways financial model and data visualised dashboard ​for management, strategic growth and turnaround purpose.
